Experience
Architecture and construction
1.- I began my career as a freelancer, working on architectural and construction execution projects. I also gained valuable experience working with Gracia Valencia y Asociados, where I contributed to the development of execution plans for various projects. My most recent role was as General Coordinator for the construction of the Public Security Complex for the Tijuana State Police. This 6,600-square-meter facility, with a budget of 277.8 million pesos, is designed to be one of the most advanced security centers in Mexico, featuring state-of-the-art technology for operations, intelligence, and information analysis. 2.- I worked at the Attorney General’s Office of Baja California, Mexico (now the State Prosecutor’s Office), as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Criminal Investigation Unit. My role involved managing cases of crimes with detained individuals, conducting investigations, ordering forensic tests, interviewing victims and suspects, and preparing cases within a 48-hour deadline for judicial review. I handled a range of cases, from domestic violence and illegal possession of firearms to homicide, collaborating with municipal and state police and other law enforcement agencies.
3.- I am passionate about data analytics, financial markets, and software development. Over the years, I have cultivated expertise in these areas, combining technical and analytical skills to deliver innovative solutions.
One of my most significant projects involved designing and implementing an **algorithm for cryptocurrency trading**, which I developed independently over five years. Here’s a summary of its functionality:
– Written in **Python**, the algorithm retrieves data from Binance’s perpetual derivatives futures contract market.
– Using a **brute-force approach**, it analyzes the data and generates insights, including visual charts and other metrics.
– Automated **data analysis and communication** via Telegram, providing real-time updates and actionable insights.
– Integrated with the **Freqtrade trading bot REST API**, enabling the automation of trading signals (entry and exit points).
– Connected to the Binance exchange API for seamless order execution.
– Hosted on a **VPS**, running 24/7 for continuous operation.
This project highlights my ability to integrate **data analytics, software development, and automation** to create impactful tools for financial decision-making.
